Product Introduction
Chengdu Mingrui Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a heavy-duty hammer impact crusher (heavy hammer crusher) after years of design and manufacturing. The heavy hammer impact crusher has the characteristics of reliable product performance, stable operation, and low energy consumption. A heavy hammer can directly crush materials with a particle size of 600-1200 millimeters to below 25 millimeters in one go. The heavy hammer impact crusher is suitable for crushing various medium hardness and brittle materials such as limestone with compressive strength not exceeding 150 megapascals and calcium content higher than 40%, such as coal, salt, Baiya, gypsum, alum, bricks, tiles, coal gangue, etc.
Performance characteristics
1. Integrated crushing and shaping machine, with large feed particle size and adjustable discharge particle size, reasonable grading of finished materials, changing from three-stage crushing to one-stage crushing, forming without the need for secondary crushing, reducing equipment investment by 35%.
2. It has changed the previous way of controlling the particle size of the discharged material with grates. The particle size can be adjusted by adjusting the bolts with a wrench, and large materials can be actively avoided to reduce equipment damage and wear of the hammer head in the crushing chamber, thereby increasing the lifespan of the hammer head by 4-6 times.
3. Snail shell design, back reinforcement, strong internal and external impact resistance, sturdy and non deformed shell, excellent selection of wear-resistant parts, manganese chromium alloy hammer head, long service life, lining plate covering the entire crushing chamber, wear-resistant edge protection for hammer breakage, and long-lasting durability of hammer disc.
4. Eight hammer shaft holes, four spare holes, multiple observation doors on the machine body for easy observation of machine operation. Large machines are also equipped with hydraulic shaft extractors for easy replacement of hammer heads and shafts. Wear resistant parts are fastened with bolts for easy disassembly, reducing maintenance time and costs.
Working principle
The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the impact, shearing, and grinding of a high-speed moving hammer. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The particles smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed material are discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particles larger than the sieve hole size are retained on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer. Finally, they are discharged through the sieve plate machine.
